Returns are accepted under certain circumstances within 14 days of receiving the order. Please email us at hello@thejakeshop.com.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to the return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Time may vary on when you receive your exchange depending on where you are located.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed, excluding weekends. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note: transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier's volume during peak seasons.                                         

Domestic Shipping:  

All orders will incur a $7.00 shipping charge. We ship via USPS, and our shipping options include the following (does not include processing times): First Class Package 3-5 days.

Insurance is not included on first class packages. 

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you have not received your package, we suggest calling USPS with your tracking information.  Once USPS confirms delivery on the order, we are not responsible for the order.
